Absolutely Political

To give you a heads up, all of Absolut Vodka's campaigns are fantastic. But the one thing that's common in all their ads is their bottle. The Absolut bottle is always seen in some way or the other in their ads. Sometimes its humorous, sometimes its factual and sometimes, just plain clever!

So, I worked on this campaign for Absolut vodka where i've integrated the two biggest political parties of India, BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) and Congress into the typical Absolut ad space.

Both political parties have distinct ways of functioning but one thing in common is corruption. Sad but true. Anyway, I've picked elements that both these parties are most associated with.

Love it? Hate it? Don't mind it?

A for Advertising, D for Design, M for Music, P for Photography..My First!

Well, I've been contemplating a blog for a long time now! Finally, here it is! I have a truck load of stuff to put up here and honestly, i don't know where to start! There's advertising, there's design, there's photography, there's music..so much!! But "A" comes first, so i'll start with my advertising work.

My first ad campaign, a social ad campaign standing up against corporal punishment! Apart from getting me good grades in college and good feedback from a lot of industry professionals, it also gave me a confirmation that i was made for the advertising industry! So, this is a special one! 

Year 1 at Wigan Design School, Bangalore!

Was a real tough one to crack i must say. Until i read up about this, I myself hadn't known that it is a legal offence! I love children and so i had to make a kickass campaign. Since i felt very strongly for it, i think it showed! If you know anyone who does it, please try to stop it! Its the least we can do!
